Problems with ANDTEK callrecording

Hello,

we got a UCM 8.5 with ANDTEK callrecording over a sip trunkv for external calls only.

The problem that every recorded phone gets is that it set internal calls on hold, no matter if the phone is calling or called.

Not every call but almost every 2'nd or 3'th -> but too often!!

Has anybody make the same experience with call recording?

Or is someone driving the same constellation ( UCM 8.x and ANDTEK callrecording)?
