Problems with CCMUSER access

Hello,

All CCM 5.1 end users are unable to enter to their CCMuser web page. It asks for a username and password, but after entering this information, the system shows a "permission denied" message.

All users belong to a group where I have included a role similar to "Standard CCMUSER Administration". (Same rights)

Anyone does have an idea why it is failing to enter? Thanks in advance

OK, so the users are not really in the Std CCMUser Admin group? but in a group you created with 'similar' permissions?

if you add one test user to the original Standard CCMUSER Administration does it work?

if it does then u need to check all the roles of the other group to match.

Ok, the problem has been solved.

The problem was that I added the users to the "Standard CCMUSER Administration" group but not to the "Standard CCM End Users" group.
