Problems with Memory in CME

Hi,

I have a CME with c2900-universalk9_npe-mz.SPA.150-1.M1.bin that has a SIP Trunk for outgoing trunk, the routers is sending many memory logs and users sometimes can not make calls, they try several times. I have set around 80 sip phones

I checked with some commands memory allocation, memory free is very low, around 15 %, when I try to see currents calls with "sh voice call status"

any info is displayed even I know there are call  stablished.

Many of the process are related to SIP, I wan to know if the SIP config  is generating the problem with memory resourses.

Update IOS.

Hi Paolo,

I'm going to update to c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M10.bin

I hope this clear the issues

Hi Paolo,

I have already update IOS but the problem remain regarding outgoing calls, sometimes calls can not complete.

end user is using trhird party softphone VaxSIPUserAgent

I attach sh run, and info about memory free, an d CPU . I just include some ephone config  for 3rd party softphone, the total are around 80.

I also attach a trace for a call that failed, and screenshot of the sip client when the error is shown

I don´t know if something wrong with my config

regards

after the update of IOS the problem remains, many logs  like this

some call can not be set, sometimes free memory very low.

I have no idea how to fix this problem

any idea?

Try 15.2(4)M4.

If still trouble, contact the TAC.

Paolo,

I had to return to 150-1.M10, with 15.2(4)M4  any call can be done :-(.

I could get a debug when the call fail and error 500 is shown in client softphone

regards

Time to give this to the TAC for them to sort it out.
