Problems with Subscriber server.

All of the devices on one of our subscriber servers unregistered, windows tack manager showed that the CPU had maxed out and the event logs showed the following message.

Error: File /ccmadmin/_RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp Script Engine Exception. A ScriptEngine threw expection 'C0000005' in 'IActiveScriptParse::ParseScriptText()' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'..

After rebooting the server all services were restored.

Re: Problems with Subscriber server.

Unload and Reload the IIS virtual directory for CCMUser via the MS Internet Services Manager MMC plugin.

Further Problem Description:

This problem currently is caused by the locale description being corrupted when it is passed to the CCMUser script. It has also been seen that after a certain number of ASP exceptions generated by the corrupt data the IIS process for the CCMUser virtual directory will crash. IIS will automatically restart it which will fix the problem.
