Program to automatize phone configuration

Hello Guys,

My company is experiencing a huge growth and we would like to know if there's any kind of program that could facilitate phone configuration - automating some tasks.

Is there any kind of application that can do that?

I understand that BAT is the best tool but i don't want to give held desk users all this power. (with great powers comes great responsability....).

So, i want to try something new... a application that can improve the time to deploy phones, voice mail boxes... etc...

You could try this

Cisco Unified Provisioning Manager 8.5

You might also want into 3rd party apps.

But if you have CUCM/CUC and it's all LDAP integrated  you can pretty much do everything with BAT and in CUC just import the  users.

You can also use TAPS or auto-registration, it really  depends on how much config you want the phones to have.
