PSTN calls drop

CallManager 4.1(3)

Calls to/from PSTN are dropping intermittently. Internal calls for same cluster is fine.

No event viewer messages on the subscriber server.

Gateways are two Cisco 3745 with 2 PRIs on one and one on the other. Nothing in the GW logs.

Gateways were upgraded with c3745-adventerprisek9-mz.124-13e.bin 5 days ago. Issue has been reported this morning.

Re: PSTN calls drop

Hi, can you check "show controllers E1" or T1 if you have that for slips ? Chances are you need network-clock commands

Re: PSTN calls drop

Hi, no slips but many errors. Monitor the router and check if at the time the calls drops, the errors increase.

Re: PSTN calls drop

Turned out to be a DTCI equipment on the network side of pstn. Also, Cisco looked at the GW and couldn't find anything wrong.

Thank you.
