PSTN Calls will not hang up

I have a H323 2801 Voice Gateway with 4 POTS lines plugged into FXO. When a call comes through PSTN and the PSTN caller hangs up, my call is still active on the IP Phone and I have to manually press END CALL softkey.

What is interesting when this happens and

I look at show voice port summary on gateway I can see the port in use.

How to i change this behaviour? I want when a PSTN caller hangs up, it should hang up the IP Phone.
