Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has successfully made calls from an EX90 via the PSTN when registered to CM8.6? Video calls over the WAN to other EX90's work perfect.
I've made sure the correct CSS is configured but still not able to make calls.
The devices is registered as a SIP devices and I've noticed that when i try to make calls via the PSTN it try to add a domain.
Any help would be much appreciated.

1. Do you mean, you are not able to make outgoing calls to a PSTN number, when dialed from EX90 ? What happens e.g. fast busy, call drops immediately etc ?
2. When you make outgoing call over PSTN from an EX90, is that an AAR call to another EX90 in your organization, i.e. if your WAN bandwidth is fully utilized ?
3. What kind of connectivity is there to PSTN ( i.e. ISDN, SIP Trunk etc ) ?

Thanks for the details.
1. What type of gateway is that ? ( SIP, H323, MGCP )
2. Do you face similar issue with any other SIP endpoint ?
3. Is this always an issue or only during high call volume through the gateway ?
4. Are you sure, you have enough free channels on the trunk to PSTN, whenever you faced this issue ? How many PRIs are terminated on the router/routers for PSTN calling ?
5. Is EX90 in same device pool of other phones ? Do they experience the issue ?
Sorry for too many questions

1. H323 gateway
2. All other end points are SCCP
3. Testing on EX90 was done during E1 testing, definitely no congestion.
4. More then enough channels. 2 x pri 30
5. Same device pool pool as other endpoints. Other endpoints have no issues.

Do you have "bearer-cap speech" on the voice port?
