Publisher and Subscriber ! Confirm plz

I have a problem in istallation of subscriber due to hardware problem.

My question is,if now i will configure the system from the publisher (everything including adding phones.....etc ),At any time i will install the subscriber ,then it will get all the configuration from the publisher (get replicated ) ,right ?

Or both of them have to be installed first for the replication to take effect ?

Hi Ahmed,

You can add subscriber after some time also. The DB replication will happen after you add the subscriber in the cluster.

You can add the subscriber server at any time. It doesnt needs to be done now, you can expand your cluster at any time.

Hi Ahmed,

MAke sure that when u build the subscriber, the credentials entered like Hostname, IP address, Gateway IP  Security/Application  password are same i.e. which were used when server was build for first time.
