publisher/ subscriber problem

Subscriber is unable to call to an overseas callmanager, however can receive calls from the overseas location. When the subscriber is taken offline and phones are forced to register onto the publisher then the problem is corrected. However when switching registration back over to the subscriber the problem comes back. Verified all of the settings and couldn't find the difference. Trunks were restarted multiple times and couldn't find what could be wrong. Any ideas on what can be causing this or any ideas of where i should look? thanks

Hello,

It sounds like you have a database replication issue.

The first thing that you can do is to use the tool DBL Helper. This will let you know if there is a SQL database problem it also has biult capabilities to fix the problem. You can find the tool. I have included a link that will explain where to find the tool and how to use it.
