Does anyone have any experience utilizing a push button telephone entry system on a CME ?
I have a customer needing to deploy a solution. They've currently got a Linear RE-1 analog system; when the button is pushed it will take the FXO port off hook, dial the internal phone(s) (call is delivered to a AA then to a hunt-group), but when the phone is answered, the call is disconnected.
Talking to Linear tech support, the RE-1 is designed to connect to an analog phone.
Does anyone have any success with analog entry systems, or are there VoIP compatible solutions that you know work?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
