QOS and Callmanager 4.x

I'm running Callmanger 4.x. My gateway is a 3745. I've done a MGCP bind to the loopback address of the router. Do I need to somehow get QOS setup on the loopback interface? The reason I'm asking is I've sniffed a conversation and traffic from the Phone is tagged but traffic from the router on the loopback interface isn't.

It depends on what traffic you're looking at and the type of PSTN connectivity (Analog, T1 CAS, PRI). MGCP UDP packets are marked. By default, MGCP TCP packets are best effort (DSCP 0). Take a look at the following link.
