QOS marking for Cisco IP communicator

We are facing some issue with Quality of voice for Cisco IP communicator ,I think we are not getting QOS for the Cisco IP communicator .

How to mark the Cisco IP communicator Packet from the windows Machine ? .

How to increase Quality if the Voice ?

Please Suggest me ..

Hi

QoS should be marked automatically. DSCP should be marked, not CoS (CoS being available only on trunked links, i.e. between switches or between a switch and a phone).

Typically people have their switches configured to trust CoS from physical phones, and this doesn't trust the PCs.

If you are using older switch IOS, you can use the auto qos trust cisco-softphone macro rather than trust cisco-phone (this creates a policy-map that works for both physical phones and soft endpoints).

Any doubts, post up your switch edge port, uplink, and WAN configs.
