Scenario description: There is a office with one branch.( Head office and branch). Head office has 512 kbps bandwidth internet connectivity and branch has 128 kbps from the same ISP. GRE tunnel has been established between HO and BO. Both offices has Cisco IP phones and voice quality is good of end to end ( HO to BO and vice versa ).
Problem: In the pick hour when internet user increased then end to end (HO to BR) voice call quality decrease like one side can hear but other side not able to hear clearly.
But in the off pick hour everything goes smoothly.
Now I am requesting that how I will apply QoS in the tunnel interface that will guarantee fixed bandwidth for the voice call in the pick hour.
It will be very helpful for me if you send me configuration that will fixed up the problem.
