Hello Cisco Community. I write to you asking your help regarding the configuration of the QRT feature in my C7942 and CIPC , using my CUCM version 18.104.22.16800-2 (Running on Demo Licenses). Ocurrs that, when I press the QRT softkey in both phones, apears the message "Service is not available"
I summarize the steps that I followed since the last week:

2) I restarted the CEF services and activated the CTI Manager service according to the following discussions:
