we have the following setup:
Call Manager 4.1(3) SR2
and we are using CCM (6500) via MGCP to connect to a Cisco 3725 via Qsig.
This Terminates on a 3745 connected to a Siemens Hicom also via Qsig.
Calls going to this destination are fine if they are answered by the originally called Extension.
If the called Extension has a Call Forward on no reply to a VM or another extension the call, when answered last's for around 5-6 seconds and gets then terminated.
The cause for the Termination is:
Cause i = 0x80E6 - Recovery on timer expiry
I have checked on the web for 2 suggestions. One was a 60000 T310 Timer (already set) and the other one was adding overlap on the Route Pattern
This is a very common problem when trying to bring up D channel between gw and pbx. Reset the gateway the problem will be solved.

I have a Hicom300 and a Cisco Callmanager 4.13Sr3a aswell.
I entered this command in Global config mode.
voice call send-alert
This fixed my problem.
