Question about translating legacy 4 digit ext to new 5 digit ext

I have an existing ACM telephony environment that we are slowly migrating to CUCM environment. We have ACM assigned 4 digit extensions plus CUCM assigned 5 digit extensions. I would like to setup when a call from a CUCM registered station dials a ACM owned 4 digit extension that it get's replaced to a CUCM owned 5 digit DN. This can be done on a extension by extension basis, but cannot seem to see how to configure in the Called/Calling Party Transofrmation Pattern configuration. I can discard digits just fine, but do not see how to just do a transformation to convert x4022 to x17300.

Any thoughts?

Create a translation pattern for each 4-digit extension.  Put the 5-digit extension in the Called Party Transformation field.  You may have some issues with overlapping numbers moving between these 2 dial-plans though.
