(1) Is it true that the rightfax extensions are dedicated for fax only so that those numbers can not be the callmanager end-user phone extension (unity connection extension as well)? In this case, unityconnection extension or phone extension can not be the same as RightFax extension?
(2) Is there any documentation to explain the call-flow about Unity Connection integrated with RightFax?
(3) In case the customer wants to enable each user with fax capability, how to achieve this if same extension cannot be used on unity connection and rightfax?
