I am trying to configure 7960 IP Phones on cisco call manager 4.1, but it is giving error message "File auth error". Other phones which has already configured are working fine though i reset and reconfigure them. Only whenever I add new IP Phones error gets.
I have tried delete and adding the config of phones. it might be tftp server does not communicate with ip phones.
