"out of memory" in my Call Manager 6.1.5

Hi comunity,

The last week mi server 7845h2 that is running Call Manager 6.1.5, he had a problem because the server stop working.

The services began to fail, one by one.

The solutions in this moment was a reboot the server. After the reboot, the server is working fine, actually.

When I check the logs cisco, i find it: "out of memory".

But in this moment, i dont know which is the cause of the problem

Can you explain me? Do you know  reason for the server show this log or the possible causes?

Gabriel,

Need to download and review Cisco RIS Data Collector Logs to figure out what process was consuming most memory prior to the server reboot. Another quick option - frequently, the low memory alerts may include information which states something like "xxxx process is consuming most memory (xx%)". Did you observe any similar messages in the system log or application log when the problem occurred ?
