I'm trying to connect a cisco 2801 with a public telephone switch using an E1 R2-digital connection. I had configured an ephone on cisco using extension 3000 and an user on the telephone switch using the number 31192001.
When I call from 31192001 to 3000, I can see all the digits exchange between the devices and the call works fine. But when I try to call from 3000 to 31192001 the call doesn't work. The router sends the first digit (3) but the public switch doesn't understand the digit. Checking on the switch, it receives a A15 from cisco and sends back a B4. In the router I can see the digit 3 been sent and the B4 response, but I don't see this A15. I don't think it's a physical problem, because I can make calls in one way, but I can see some errors on the E1 controller.
Can anybody help me with this problem? I am attaching the cisco's sh ver, part of sh run, sh controllers e1, and the debug vpm signal from calls in both sides.
