Random calls drop

Before I describe the issue, I'll give a brief overview of the setup . Customer has Call manager cluster for entire campus at a remote site , at the main site they have NEC 2400 PBX and Octel VM system. VM integration for this remote site is done through VG248 to Octel at the main site. For internal dialing between Main site and campus they have QSIG Tieline going through Telco. At the RS QSIG is terminated to a CMM module and MS directly to NEC 2400. Everything was working fine , suddenly customer started seeing dropped calls. PBX phones call IP phone in the middle of conversation suddenly caller will hear busy tone at the PBX side and at the IP phone side just dead air call timer will be fine on the IP phone eventually call disconnects. PBX log shows CM sends random MWI messages and causes call to disconnect , MWI through QSIG is not supported for NEC 2400 but in this case normal MWI is going through VG248 fine and no MWI issues at the remote site at all. We couldn't find where this random MWI's is generated and why it is going through QSIG, these are not regular MWI's going through wrong device. Here is the trace file and let me know if anybody can help from this

The bearer capacity that the router does not recognize and hence the call is disconnected

Check the bug: CSCea49606: Invalid information element contents

Thanks for your response I checked the bug this is fixed in IOS 12.3 versions, we were running an old code but we upgrade that to 12.4.15T9 but it is still happening.
