Hi,
I am using Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(2)T1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). For some calls I am getting one way voice and for some of them no voice and it is happening randomly. It was working properly and there is no recent changes in the configuration. When I debug the VG I got below message

I have pasted your error in to the Cisco error decoder
Your IOS version is still valid
Looks like you need to raise a TAC

Unexpected [chars] [dec] ([chars]) in state [dec] ([chars]) substate [dec] ([chars])
The SIP state machine has encountered an error while processing an event or timer.
Recommended Action: Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log. Issue the show tech-support command to gather data that might help identify the nature of the error. If you cannot determine the nature of the error from the error message text or from the show tech-support command output, contact your Cisco technical support representative and provide the representative with the gathered information.
