RCA Ports into a Cisco 3900?

Hello,

I have a customer that is using a music on hold service and would like to incorporate as their music-on-hold solution.

They currently are running a Cisco 3900 series as their router, and their MOH unit has 2 RCA ports on the back.

Is there a module that will enable them to connect their unit into the router to enable this to integrate?  If not, any ideas for how they could accomplish this goal?

Thank you,

Randy Sullivan

Hi Randy,

I would think you would use some sort of RCA to RJ45 adaptor cable/part

or RCA to RJ11 depending on what card you are using in the 3900 (E&M, FXO?)

like the ones in the link below

MOH
