RDP or Single number Reach is not working

Hi There,

Just now i have configured a RDP(Remote Destination Profile) to receive my calls from Desk Phone(Ciscpo 9971) from My mobile phone.But its not working, Continuosly ringing on Phone set only, No ringing for my mobile number, Kindly advise and below are the steps i have done.

1)Created RDP

2) Createdd Remote destination and mapped with RDP

3) Assigned that RDP to my Device Profile.

4)Configured the Softkey of "Mobility" on my Phoneset

HI

Have you Activated the Cisco Unified Mobile Voice Access  Service in Cisco Unified Serviceability.
