What is preventing you from getting ISDN E! PRI service instead of 30x analog circuits ?

That would give you:

• cost saving
• digital call quality
• more (a lot more) calling features
• ease of configuration and maintenance.

I agree with Paolo here, but if you really need the the 39XX routers can accomandate that many FXO ports with various module combination, check out "Maximum voice support for analog and Basic Rate Interface (BRI)" line in this doc:

since my client engineer insist with it,

so we just move on it.

Now if I can add a word. When some client or prospect insists on doing something that is wrong, personally I prefer to cease support. That is because I anticipate painful times and poor results that could have been easility avoided, and I don't wan't to be part of that. Fortunately I have plenty of clients that follow advice and have been happy with the succesful outcome.
