Re: Dialing PSTN error , users receive annunicator based on how call is initiated

Hi

I have installed an configured cucm 8.5.1 and based on how the user dials a number the call beexecute successfully or they receive the annunicator.

If the user enter the dialed number eg. 99212541 and presses the speaker/new call/selects a line the call is completed. However if the user

ØLift the Handset and dial the number 99212541

ØPress a Line button and dial the number 99212541

ØPress the Speaker button and dial the number 99212541

ØPress the Headset button and dial the number 99212541

ØPress the NewCall soft key and dial the number 99212541

I receive the below annunciator and the after the 7 digit is enter and the call is not completed

"your call cannot be completed as dial please consult directory and call again or ask operator for assistance"

I have adjusted the T302 interdigit time-out and no success

Has anyone seen this before and is there a solution?
