Real Time Monitoring Tool - CM 6.1

Under the call manager summary screen there is a section that tells the gateway activity. What is that exactly monitoring because I always see 0 there. But under the gateway section if I chose h323 or something else I can see the activities. What is that activity in the main screen that says always 0.
