Real Time Monitoring Tool login issue

Can't login to the RTMT, was working fine. I know its up because my alert emails are still coming out but can't login. Error msg is>> "access forbidden. the RTMT app cannot be used by this user name and pw (insufficient privelges).

Hi David,

There is a 'Secure Connection' check box on the login window. Can you confirm that it is checked in your case?

That was it,,,thought I tried that once already. I'm new to this app, can you give me some quick answers to these functional questions?

1. Can I modify the text that arrives in email to something other than default? to make the alerts more meaninful to managers and non-techs? Can you modify the from, to, subject or body of the alert?

2. How come when I log back into RTMT and look for my category tab, its gone?
