Hi i have a ccm 4.1(3)sr3a where i configurated a route pattern like this 9.9! so the callmanager is discarding pre dot and then send all the other numbers to the gateway. The problem is that when we call from an ip phone a number like 9.929323456 we receive a response from the carrier that says that the number is wrong but when i call that same number from my cellphone it works. The route pattern works with all other series 9[3-8]xxxxxx but with the series 9[1-2]xxxxxx i receive a prompt from the cellphone carrier that says that the phone is wrong.
Please give me a hand with this, thanks in advanced.
You are receiving the disconnect message from your Carrier. You are sending 8 digits as your called party number with an Unknown Type, I recommend you to get in touch with your carrier and ask them why are they dropping the call and also check if they need to receive something else.
Hi Pepito, to add to what jbarcena rightly said, check that telco perhaps wants you to send the correct calling number, and ISDN type, and national plan. both things can be done at interface level configuring

isdn map ........ plan isd type national
also please add isdn sending-complete that is always a good thing.
the above assumes you are dialing 8 digits, it the dialplan for Peru made with 8 digits ?

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
