receive busy signal then play busy tone by ip phone

Hi, I got a problem.

My customer use callmanager 6.1 and ip phone 7941,3845 Voice Gateway use E1 PRI connect to 2 PSTN Provider CHT by 4 E1 and MKY by 1 E1.

When user call out to PSTN phone by CHT if the called phone is talking to someone then CHT will reply busy tone to 7941 so caller can hear busy tone that is fine, but if call out to PSTN phone by MKY, it just reply busy signal not busy tone so 7941 cann't hear any sound.

How to setup IPT when receive busy signal then play busy tone to 7914?

You need to specify if you are using H.323 or MGCP as a protocol.

Did you find a resolution to this? I have a customer who has an h323 gateway and is getting the cisco "call cannot be completed message" when they would like to get the busy tone.

Yes, It happened to be that I had a second gateway in my route group and that gateway was not configured right for centrex lines.
