someone can help me , my fax machine receive fax from PSTN always lost words,but from intranet is OK, the machine is OK ,
fax machine ------ VG224 -----SCCP-----CUCM------ROUTER-------PSTN this is my topology
i think the porblem is router , my fax protocol is cisco ( i attempt t38 also lost word)
who can tell me how to check this porblem........think very much ...and i'm sorry... my english is very pool...

Hi,
This type of FAX issue is usually related to
TDM clocking on the voice gateway router.
Can you try adding this to the config :-
