I have been receiving dropped calls from my CME 4.3 for a lil while now and seem to figure out why. I recently started to log the calls to see if I would pickup the drop calls.
Can someone please tell me what this means.

Hi Marcel,
For this specific call the cause code is "normal call clearing (16)" which means that we need to investigate it by checking the corresponding debugs. This cdr log does not point to any specific issue.

Cisco CDR format is difficult and requires specific knowldge of the matter. However it will not say why calls are dropped. You should start updation IOS as what you are using is very old.

Additionally,
Just a quick glance and it looks like:
Call Began:
08:20:09.327
Call Transferred (CXFER, consultative):
08:20:19.275
Call Ended ("16" Disconnect on your side, as expected since the call was transferred):
08:20:19.287
If you can get the device names and calling / called / transferred (final called) numbers that are involved in this call you can match them in the CDR record and give yourself a better idea what's going on. But like Manish said previously, the call signalling thinks this call was transferred as it was intended to. If the call was lost during transfer check the gateway / trunk the call was transferred to, most likley your problem is not call signalling on the call manager / cme that generated this CDR record.
And as far as the version of CME you are using, yes it is older, but CME went from 4.x to 8.x, which not as old as it may seem. If you're interested in upgrading, review the IOS you would like to move to, particularly the caveats associated with it, and if it's a good match upgrade.
