recommanded cabling type for voice over IP application

Hi !

I would like to know if it exist any recommandation about cabling grade for copper wire for IP telephony application ?

Currently we are most offen using category 5e cabling type on our new installation because the price is less expensives and 1 Gbps is also working on 5e cable...

It's currently a project to start to deploy some site on IP telephony and I like to know if we have to have cat cabling....

Also, on some site we have cat 5 cabling (not 5e), we would like to know if we have to plan to upgrade the cable category on those sites....

No really necessary, gigabit and/or poe are known to work on cat 5 just fine.
