please i have customer need to be able to record the voice call that done .
so if anyone can advice me with any suggestion or application
There is a wide variety of options for call recording depending on your needs and how you are currently setup.
But here a couple examples of widely used third party software that do call recording:
If you have Cisco Unity 4.0(5) and later you can also use the liverecord option.
A number of our Customers use Witness servers from Verint. They now have a new product out called 'Audiolog', but have not seen this in action
