Hi,
on IPCC Express Enhanced 4.5(2) I have a lot of recorded calls which size is 1KB.
They are recorded every day and I didn't notice any "similarity" between them.
Do you have any idea what could it be ad why are they recorded?
Thx,
Jelena

Hi
A 1K file means that CRS has opened a file to try to record a call, but has not received any packets to put in it.
The system should note (in the 'Recorded Files' applet in Supervisor) which agent was involved, so you should be able to check that PC.
There are lots of common errors that stop recording working - do you know whether you are using CSD/Desktop Monitoring, or SPAN-based recording?

Hi Aaron,
I have a lot of agents that have that '1K' files (their real size is 24bytes).
We are using SPAN-based recording. On CDR we don't see that "calls".
Do you have any idea what to do to stop recording that files and record real call?
Thx,
Jelena
