What kind of recording you are looking for. We can use CUE unity express recording for small number of users. If you are looking for Contact centre environment, you can use Calabrio Product QM/WFM/CR etc...

Or Nice/Witness Recorders have been tested; Verint and other third-party vendors manufacture suitable recorders.
