Recording Cell phone calls with UCCX IVR

So we have a customer who wants to record cell phone calls from the help desk. The help desk users may use a cell phone to call a number that would be a voice portal IVR in UCCX. With that they will type in a store number and from there the call will go out the PSTN to the local store which has an analog PSTN no IP Telephony. We were thinking about if they had another gateway that had another PRI that we could span the port on the switch to a second nic on the uccx to do recording but we think they only have 1. Is there any kind of IOS commands or software preferably open source that will allow voice conversations on a PRI to be recorded.
