hi all,
please help me on recording profile
we have one recording profile which is pointing to cybertech
when i have enabled on profile of user ( active recording ), so calls will be recorded on cybertech ( calling number , called number , timing ) or we need to add same user in cybertech also
where i can get good docs on cybertech configuration ?
kindly keep me right direction plz

This depends on the cybertech system. If they use JTAPI to connect to CTIManager for call recording information then you would have to create a user on CUCM as well as the matching username/password on the cybertech side. If cybertech does not use an JTAPI/CTI integration with CUCM, you do not need any user configured in either CUCM or cybertech.
