Recording with Hunt-Pilot problem

Hi all,

I have a externar server to record all the calls into call manager but I have a problem when I record a call of a Hunt-Group.

My hunt group has two members, extension 4887 and 4881 and my hunt-pilot is 4884.

When somebody call to hunt-pilot and the first member doesn't answer the call, this jump to the next member in this case 4881 and this member answer the call.

When the call is recorded,  I checked the call, but don't appear the member which answered else the first member which forward the call to the second member.

Is it possible fix this?

I know something about to maintain the the last calling o something like this but I don't know as I can do it.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

Hi,

If i understand ur issue right, even if 4881 picks the call, the calls is recorded with called party id as 4887.

Also where and how are you storing the calls???

Hello there....

I have the same problem with cucm v7.1.3....it is an issue with SIP messaging sent to the call recorder by CUCM. I have a bug reference number: CSCtc43145.

I am led to believe it is fixed in CUCM v8.x

Cheers

Hi all,

read up a bit on it, and as Watson said it is the bug CSCtc43145.

here's the notes : http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtc43145

The bug is fixed in v 8.0 and higher.

This document should help you upgrade to 8.0(2) - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/docguide/8_0_2/dg802.html

Hi,

Yes yhis is the issue. The called party is wrong.

The call is recorded through other manufacturer.

This is conected to call manager through a SIP trunk.

Hi,

I'll try to recreate this issue, and will get back to you.

Thanks

Thomas Dominic

Change the connected party settings in the hunt pilot. I had the same issue in CUCM 10.5, then after to allow enabled, I fixed it.

Hi Guys!

We have the same problem. The CallManager sending the first member's extension in the hunt group

on the SIP trunk (INVITE message) to the recorder even who picked up the incoming call.

Did you find any solution for it?

Many thanks for all.

Hi all,

I ask to my client to do the Upgrade to version 8 of CUCM.

But he want to be sure before to do the upgrade.

This is the SIP invite send between CUCM and recorder (model: ASC EVOip):

INVITE sip:4999@172.30.1.10:5060 SIP/2.0

From: Iolanda Escudero Cayuela <4887>...

Remote-Party-ID: "Iolanda Escudero Cayuela" <4887>...

Contact: <4887>;isfocus

The test has been done form extensión 8991 to Hunt-Pilot 4884, and the members of this group are extension: 4887 and 4881. We leave to jump to the second member 4881 but in the recorder we can see the extension number is wrong but the user name is correct.

I think it is need to upgrade to CUCM 8.

Could you confirm this?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.
