redials on specific lan port

Issue- If any Cisco IP phone is connected on the three ports in the conference room it registers fine but whenever new call softkey, speaker button or cradle is taken off hook for new call it dials a number automatically. But when same phone is connected to ports outside conference room , dialtone is received on the keys for new call.

Bizarre behaviour, but make

Bizarre behaviour, but make sure you dont have any kind of device mobility settings that is setting a specific CSS that has PLAR configured. Plug the phone into the port that has the issue and check the Device CSS that gets set from CUCM Admin under Device Mobility Settings for the phone.
