Redirecting Calls

Hi guys,

I have CCM 4.2, the CCM is working fine but now I want that all calls that comes from PSTN after 8:P.M. will be redirect or forwards to specific station.

Hi

You can use time-of-day routing for this.

You will need to do the following:

1) Define time periods, and add these to a time schedule in order to define the out-of-hours (after 8pm) times.

2) Create a partition, and assign the time schedule to it. This partition will then only be 'active' after 8pm.

3) Create a translation pattern that matches all incoming numbers, and translates to the specific station you have in mind. Put this translation in the new time-scheduled partition.
