Redirection question

Hello,

I am trying to setup for allowing outside callers to dial 0 to be redirected to reception extension when the user get voicemail. If anybody has any idea how to di it.

If using Unity it should be in the caller input for subscribers, you send it to Operator

I am using Unity 5. Do I have to select as alternate contact number and also configure on each subscriber for sending to operator extension?
