regarding ipcc agents

there are 4 agents configure in a bank.

i want to do so that internal dialing is not allowed through bank premises but they are able to do call through 0800-xxxxx

so what i have to do to solve this problem .

any seperate calling search space is required or something else...

Re: regarding ipcc agents

Let me see if I understand your Q:

U like 4 agents restricted to call internally but can call outside and reach any one in the Queue:

for this you don't need seperate CSS just an outbound dialing capability.

To prevent agents from dialing each other (wonder why you want to do that) you have to create seperate CSS.

This is more of a CM and IPT question.

Good luck,

Re: regarding ipcc agents

Simply assign new PT to the Agent Extensions, and do not include this PT in any CSS assigned to other phones. You will need to include these DNs in CSS assigned to CTI Ports.
