we have two callmanagers 4.1(3), publisher and subscriber. we tried to register IP Phone A to publisher and IP Phone B to subscriber. after successfully register, IP Phone A can not call IP Phone B or vice versa. Does anyone know this behaviour?
FYI, we also have another cluster CCM 5.1.1. Trying to do same thing as CCM 4.1(3). IP Phones can call each others normally.
If you register the phones to the same server are you able to call between them? If yes, then most likely the SDL link between the servers is broken, to bing it back up you need to restart the CCM service on both servers or reboot the servers.
