Thanks a lot Brandon. Its true that there is a risk in opening CCM to the Internet, but some of our users want to have office extensions at home (and they are not okay with communicator >_< ). So I am checking out if this is possible. We are already running this for asterisk based phones.

One option is to deploy an 851/871 type router that will VPN back to the HQ. This would allow you to use a hard phone as opposed to IPC at these locations.
