it sounds to me that what you have is CUPS and not CUCM on that CD

You should have received a DVD that has CUCM6, CUCM-BE & Unity Connections.

You use this DVD to rebuild the system.

how do i receive it because it did not come wioth the server

you need to reach customer services or use the PUT to get the media
