Related to call Forward to Number in Particular time from call manager

Hi,

We have one requirement to forward the call to Number in particular time.So, i just wanted to know can we have an option available in call manager to forward the call in particular time.

Its urgent,need your help.Plz

You can accomplish this with Time Periods/Schedules. The general concept is that CUCM will activate a Partition - and the translation patterns it contains - in accordance with the time schedule you specify. In your situation you could add a partition with a translation pattern that forwards calls to that destination elsewhere. The time schedule attached to the partition will only make that translation pattern available in the CSS within the specified periods. When the partition is inactivated per the schedule the call will ring through to the normal directory number. Just be sure to use Urgent Priority on the translation pattern or place the Partition above your normal DN's partition.

You will need to look at Time Day Routing

I do not know which version of CUCM you are running.

You will need a T.O.D partition

A TOD css etc
