Since Cisco have changed the download website, I can no longer find the readme release notes that used to accompany a CallManager patch/SR. All it does is refer you to a link that contains the baselines release notes, which aren't the correct ones. We used to see a readme with all the caveats resolved and upgraded components. Again all it does now is refer you to the bug toolkit which often doesn't give the right results.
Anyone find the release notes or having the same problem?
When you click on the actual SR.exe before it offers the Download a page opens up that has a link to the ReadMe that contains what you are looking for. I just linked to the latest SR for CCM 4.2(3)sr4 to test;
Voice and Unified Communications > Cisco Unified CallManager Version 4.2 > Unified Communications Manager Updates > 4.2(3)SR4 > ciscocm.4-2-3-sr4.exe
