Remote Destination Issue

Hi all, how are you?

I'm trying deploy the Remote Destination feature but when I click in the Mobile softkey nothing is showing.

I'm using IP Communicator version 7.0.2.0 and CUCM 6.1.3.2000-1.

What I can do to solve the problem?

Can you turn on detailed call manager traces and then reproduce the problem.  We should see the softkey event when mobility is clicked and then call manager telling the phone what options to display, which should be the option to disable mobileconnect.  Here's how to turn on and collect traces if you're not familiar with it: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080094e89.shtml.

This is working as designed in CUCM 6.x. The ability to turn mobile connect on/off from the phone was added in CUCM 7. The only time you will see an option on this softkey is when you are on a call. It will give you the option to send the call to your mobile phone.

Thanks Johnathan for pointing that out, I wasn't even thinking about it being 6.x
